You agree to be financially responsible for all travel bookings made by you or on behalf of members of your traveling party.

You warrant that all information supplied by you including traveler names, birthdates, contact information, passport details, and payment information is true, accurate, and complete.

You agree that you will only make legitimate reservations or purchases with Great 2Morrow Travel and its Suppliers. Speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations are strictly prohibited.

All bookings are accepted by Great 2Morrow Travel as an agent for the travel Suppliers providing services on your itinerary. Separate Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services.

2. PAYMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS

You are responsible for all charges, fees, taxes, duties, and assessments arising from your travel bookings through Great 2Morrow Travel.

By submitting payment information or completing a credit card authorization form, you authorize Great 2Morrow Travel to use your payment method to purchase travel products and services from travel Suppliers on your behalf.

All payments must be made according to the payment deadlines established by the applicable travel Supplier.

Failure to make required payments may result in cancellation of reservations, denial of travel services, or forfeiture of deposits or payments made.

Some travel reservations may be non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed or once deposits have been paid.

All cancellation requests must be submitted to Great 2Morrow Travel in writing.

Cancellation penalties imposed by travel Suppliers may apply and may be deducted from any refund issued or charged to the payment method provided.

Except in cases of fraud, you agree not to initiate credit card disputes or chargebacks in order to avoid the booking terms or cancellation policies of Great 2Morrow Travel or its Suppliers.

3. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, INCLUDING TSA AND DHS ACCEPTABLE IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

It is the responsibility of each traveler to obtain and carry valid travel documentation required for travel including passports, visas, identification cards, vaccination documentation, or other required documents.

When traveling domestically or internationally, the United States Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) require travelers to present acceptable identification in order to board commercial aircraft.

Acceptable identification may include:

Valid U.S. Passport

DHS-designated enhanced driver’s license

REAL ID compliant driver’s license or identification card

Foreign government passport

Traveler names must match exactly as they appear on government-issued identification used for travel reservations.

Failure to comply with identification requirements may result in denied boarding, security delays, or missed travel arrangements.

4. INDIVIDUAL ENTRY AND EXIT REQUIREMENTS

Each destination country establishes its own entry and exit requirements.

Travelers are responsible for complying with all entry and exit requirements including visas, travel documentation, and customs regulations.

Certain criminal convictions may prevent entry into some countries.

Great 2Morrow Travel does not review or verify traveler eligibility to enter a destination country and is not responsible for denied entry or deportation.

5. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Federal law prohibits passengers from transporting hazardous materials aboard aircraft.

Hazardous materials include explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, oxidizers, corrosives, poisons, and radioactive materials.

Examples include paints, lighter fluid, fireworks, tear gas, oxygen bottles, and certain chemicals.

Violations of hazardous materials regulations may result in significant fines or criminal penalties.

Travelers are responsible for reviewing Transportation Security Administration (TSA) regulations regarding prohibited items.

6. INSECTICIDE NOTICE

Certain international destinations require airlines to treat aircraft cabins with insecticides prior to arrival or during flight.

These procedures are required under international health regulations to prevent the spread of insects and diseases between countries.

Travelers may review aircraft disinsection requirements through the United States Department of Transportation website.

7. HEALTH / IMMUNIZATIONS

Travelers are responsible for obtaining any required vaccinations, immunizations, medical screenings, or health documentation required for travel.

Health requirements vary by destination and may change at any time.

Travelers should consult their healthcare provider and review guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) prior to travel.

Great 2Morrow Travel does not provide medical advice and assumes no responsibility for determining health requirements for any destination.

8. AIR TRAVEL, SCHEDULE RECONFIRMATION, CHECK-IN

Airline schedules and routes are controlled solely by the airline carrier.

Great 2Morrow Travel is not responsible for flight delays, cancellations, schedule changes, or missed connections.

Travelers are advised to reconfirm flight schedules directly with the airline prior to departure.

Travelers should arrive at the airport at least two (2) hours prior to domestic flights and three (3) hours prior to international flights.

9. RIGHT TO CORRECT ERRORS / OFFERS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

Great 2Morrow Travel reserves the right to correct any errors or omissions in pricing, promotions, or travel descriptions.

All travel offers, incentives, and promotional pricing are subject to availability and may change without notice.

10. UNUSED ARRANGEMENTS, MINIMUM PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS, AND ALTERATIONS TO BOOKINGS

Travel arrangements such as tours, cruises, or group travel packages may require minimum passenger participation.

If minimum participation requirements are not met, Suppliers may cancel the travel arrangement or impose additional charges.

No refunds will be provided for unused travel services including missed flights, unused hotel nights, or unused portions of travel itineraries.

If a traveler requests modifications to a confirmed reservation, Great 2Morrow Travel will attempt to assist where possible, but changes may not always be permitted and may result in additional fees imposed by the Supplier.

11. LIMITATIONS OF RESPONSIBILITY AND DISCLOSURE

Great 2Morrow Travel acts solely as a booking agent for independent travel Suppliers.

Suppliers are independent entities and are not employees or agents of Great 2Morrow Travel.

Great 2Morrow Travel shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity arising from services provided by any Supplier.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Great 2Morrow Travel disclaims liability for any damages resulting from travel services provided by Suppliers.

12. RISKS / SAFETY

Travel to certain destinations may involve greater risk than others.

Travelers are encouraged to review travel advisories issued by the United States Department of State and other government agencies.

By choosing to travel, you acknowledge that travel may involve risks including illness, injury, delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances beyond the control of Great 2Morrow Travel.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

Great 2Morrow Travel shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its control including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of terrorism, government actions, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions.

Travel Suppliers may modify or cancel travel arrangements due to such events.

Refunds, if any, will be subject to the policies of the travel Supplier.

14. CLIENT CONDUCT

Travelers are expected to behave responsibly and follow the rules established by travel Suppliers.

Suppliers reserve the right to remove travelers who engage in disruptive or unsafe behavior.

No refunds will be issued to travelers removed due to misconduct.

Travelers are responsible for any damage they cause to property during travel.

15. TRAVEL INSURANCE

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all trips.

Travel insurance may provide protection against trip cancellation, travel delays, lost baggage, and medical emergencies.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, travel insurance is not included in the cost of travel arrangements.

16. RESERVATION OF RIGHTS, CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Great 2Morrow Travel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on the website and become effective immediately upon posting.

17. GENERAL

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.

Any disputes arising from travel bookings or services shall be resolved within the courts located in the State of Indiana.
