







Passport to Perks Terms and Conditions
Great 2Morrow Travel

The Passport to Perks referral program is offered by Great 2Morrow Travel, also referred to as G2MT. By participating in this program, clients agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Program Overview
Passport to Perks is a referral rewards program created for Great 2Morrow Travel clients who have already booked and traveled with Great 2Morrow Travel.
The program allows eligible clients to refer friends and family to Great 2Morrow Travel and earn rewards when those referrals complete a qualified booking.
Eligibility
To participate in Passport to Perks, the referring client must have previously booked and traveled with Great 2Morrow Travel.
Referral rewards apply only to new clients who have not previously booked with Great 2Morrow Travel.
Friends and family of clients may participate in the referral program only after they have booked and traveled with Great 2Morrow Travel.
Great 2Morrow Travel reserves the right to verify eligibility before approving participation in the program.
Program Sign-Up
Clients must sign up for the Passport to Perks program through the Great 2Morrow Travel website.
Client sign-up may require approval by Great 2Morrow Travel before access is granted.
Required sign-up information may include first and last name, phone number, email address, home address, and agreement to the Passport to Perks Terms and Conditions and Great 2Morrow Travel website Terms and Conditions.
Great 2Morrow Travel reserves the right to deny or remove program access at its discretion.
Qualified Referrals
A qualified referral must be a new client to Great 2Morrow Travel.
The referral must be identified before booking confirmation.
The referred client must complete all required deposit and payment requirements.
Cancelled bookings, transferred bookings, refunded reservations, or bookings that do not meet supplier or agency requirements do not qualify for rewards.
Referral rewards are added after the referred client’s travel dates have officially started.
Referral Submission
Referrals must be submitted through the official Great 2Morrow Travel referral process or referral form.
The referring client must provide accurate referral information.
By submitting a referral, the referring client confirms they have permission to share the referred person’s contact information with Great 2Morrow Travel.
Great 2Morrow Travel is not responsible for referrals that are incomplete, inaccurate, submitted late, or not properly identified before booking confirmation.
Reward Structure
Qualified referral rewards are based on the number of new qualified referral bookings within a 2-year period.
1 New Qualified Booking: $50 Travel Credit or Gift Card
2 New Qualified Bookings: $75 Travel Credit or Gift Card
3 New Qualified Bookings: $100 Travel Credit or Gift Card
4 New Qualified Bookings: $125 Travel Credit or Gift Card
5 New Qualified Bookings: $150 Travel Credit or Gift Card
6 New Qualified Bookings: $175 Travel Credit or Gift Card
7 New Qualified Bookings: $200 Travel Credit or Gift Card
Clients reaching an 8th qualified referral booking within the 2-year period may receive additional custom rewards, incentives, or VIP benefits as determined and discussed directly with Great 2Morrow Travel.
Reward Options
Rewards may be issued as digital gift cards via email, travel credit, or eligible onboard cruise credit when applicable.
Reward type is determined by Great 2Morrow Travel based on supplier eligibility, booking type, promotional availability, and agency discretion.
Onboard cruise credit availability is subject to cruise line or travel supplier rules and policies.
Rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash.
Rewards are non-transferable unless approved by Great 2Morrow Travel.
Reward Timing
Rewards are added after the referred client’s travel dates have officially started.
Rewards may be delayed if booking details, supplier confirmation, payment status, or travel status require additional verification.
If a referred client cancels, changes, refunds, transfers, or otherwise invalidates the booking, the referral may no longer qualify for a reward.
Tracking Rewards
Clients enrolled in Passport to Perks may be able to track referral activity and reward progress through the Great 2Morrow Travel website after signing up for the program.
Tracking information is provided for convenience and may be subject to review or correction by Great 2Morrow Travel.
Great 2Morrow Travel’s records will determine final referral eligibility and reward status.
Program Changes
Great 2Morrow Travel reserves the right to change reward values, reward options, eligibility requirements, promotional incentives, program rules, or tracking methods at any time.
Great 2Morrow Travel reserves the right to end or modify the Passport to Perks referral program at any time without prior notice.
Any suspected abuse, fraud, duplicate submissions, false referrals, or misuse of the program may result in disqualification from the program and loss of rewards.
No Guarantee of Rewards
Participation in Passport to Perks does not guarantee a reward.
Rewards are only provided when all program requirements are met and the referral is approved by Great 2Morrow Travel.
Great 2Morrow Travel has final discretion regarding referral eligibility, reward approval, reward type, and reward amount.
Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for, submitting referrals to, or participating in the Passport to Perks program, participants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Participants also agree to follow the Great 2Morrow Travel website Terms and Conditions and any applicable supplier rules or travel provider policies.
